  • If you are NOT interested in making a subscription for one year, we kindly ask you to cancel your projecthotel before the expiration of the 14 days test period on reception@projecthotel.net with indication of your name, e-mail address and your project name.
  • If we do not receive your cancellation before the expiration of the 14 days test period, we allow ourselves to take it that you have decided to make a subscription for one year, the reason why we shall send you our invoice of the amount.

General conditions
  1. The customer accepts the following conditions for the application of projectHOTEL. 
  2. The project administrator is responsible and the only contact person towards Projekthotel ApS in connection with projectHOTEL.
  3. projectHOTEL must only be used for legal purposes. Projekthotel ApS is not responsible for violation of the law in connection with the application of projectHOTEL.
  4. Projekthotel ApS reserves the right to cancel the agreement with immediate effect, if it proves that the customer or someone authorized by him abuses projectHOTEL in using or trying to use others user name or access codes or to disturb the functions of projecthotel.
  5. Projekthotel ApS cannot be held responsible for any loss directly or indirectly, caused by the use of projectHOTEL, irrespective of the loss is due to accidental or negligent circumstances.
  6. Projekthotel ApS has the right any time to change terms and prices as well as the terms of the subscription.
